For 4 persons you need:
500 g of minced meat
250 g of mushrooms
1 red paprika
1 big onion
2 big tomatoes
500 g of pasta - shells
spices all that you like
Fry minced meat on a pan 5-8 minutes, give salt and pepper for good taste, chop onion, mushrooms and paprika. Put vegetables and mushrooms into a pan. Fry all 10 minutes, give spices. When all will be soft and tasty give a dish with pasta.

That is a very fast dish.For 4 persons you need:2 double chicken breasts your favorite spices for chicken or salt and pepperone pack frozen green vegetablesChop the chicken into cubes and put on the hot oil on the pan. Put some spices on the chicken and fry it about 25 minutes. When the meat will be soft put the vegetables on the pan and fry all about 10 minutes.You can serve it with rice.Bon appetit :)

You can put on the chicken your favourite spices or only salt and pepper. Fry until chicken will be brittle. In the meantime, chop vegetables.Throw onion, corn and peppers in to a pan and fry a few minutes.
